​The Buyer's Broker Compensation advertised here is not automatically due or automatically paid to a Broker who represents a buyer in a successful real estate transaction.  All Buyer Broker Compensations must be properly secured in writing prior to or at the time of the acceptance of an offer to purchase via purchase agreement or via the Broker Fee Agreement form.
